You should feel anxious. Pull-out isn’t a safe method at all, you can still get pregnant. There can be sperm in precum, and precum comes out all the time during sex without either one of you noticing it at all. And besides, pull-out is playing with fire. One day he’ll fail to pull out in time. If you’re not ready to have kids then use real protection and be aware that even those are only 98-99% safe, so you could still end up pregnant. If you under no circstances want to risk getting pregnant then there is only one option - no sex (with guys anyway).

If you feel anxious in regards to the possibility of pregnancy or STDs, than him pulling out has absolutely no influence on either one, since his sperm "did" go inside of you during pre-c** and if he had any STDs that you're not vaccinated against, than those went inside you too🥺.
