"Will exercising make my boobs bigger?" Pills exist for men who think they will make them bigger but, there are similar products available for women, because the market exists.
If you look at Nuts and Zoo magazine, they celebrate women with boobs bigger than an E and when it comes to porn even those in the bigger ranges of even J cups are loved.

The reality is that the average man doesn't care how big your boobs are, they would rather be with someone between an A cup and a C cup. Have you ever heard the expression "more than a handful is a waste"? Men love this expression and it means that if your boobs are bigger than a D cup then it's probably too big for their taste. Of course, cup sizes change according to weight but, the rule still applies.
