I am 6ft tall and generally most of my girlfriends have been around 5'3". I love it when a girl has to stand on her toes to try to hug and kiss me; it shows real effort. It is probably best to have a first kiss sitting down though, this way things are much easier.
definitely the best feeling for girls too (for me anyway) having to get on your tippy toes to kiss a guy *.* haha yeah sitting while kissing is much more comfortable but i like options C and B too ^^

One on the left isn't exactly comfortable for the guy and caveman style seems like it's more a way to kidnap someone so I didn't really consider that. The right one I'd love to do in private but the middle one would be the most common I imagine (it's just the least awkward and the one you could do in any setting).
