For a man to be truly sexy he needs qualities other than appearance. Such as career, money, power, confidence, personality, ethics, skills etc.

The thought of just looking at someone and getting drunk with lust seems strange to me.

As for your question, it's a difficult thing to answer, because the feeling is instinctual, and it's hard to impart how an instinct feels, in just words.

Think of it like this: because of human biology & evolution, females can generally only have one child every 9-10 months, so they have an instinctive drive to seek out the best genetic match, as well as the best provider. They need to ensure that the child they're committing their body & resources to, has the best chance of survival.

Men, on the other hand, can have as many children as they can find women to impregnate, so we're instinctively driven by a simpler system of needs. The animal part of our brain sees an attractive woman, and we get aroused. It is, as you said, lust. Our brain tells our body that we have a biological impreative to breed with this woman, and that's what it wants to do right now.

Obviously, we can control ourselves, but that instinctive need, that drive to procreate, is still there. It's like an itch that's begging to be scratched, and once you do, it's just this instant, incredible relief. Until the next attractive woman we see brings that itch right back.

I don't know if that makes sense, or not, and like I said; it's not like we're walking around getting erections over every woman we see. We're perfectly capable of being monogamous, but the ability to just get overwhelmed with lust merely from the sight of an attractive woman; that's the primitive, animal part of our brains compelling us to breed.
