The head of the penis is remarkably adaptable - it can shrink if pressure is applied. (You or the guy can squeeze on the head for several seconds & then release, and you'll see that it shrunk to about half its previous size.) So, don't worry - he'll be able to get the head inside, and from there, it's easy (even in you are tight), because the more you get excited, the more your vagina will expand to accommodate him. You'll probably also be wet with arousal, which will supply lubrication.
