Many think that ejaculation is orgasm. For most men, ejaculation and orgasm take place simultaneously, but are two different things. Orgasm can be without ejaculation. Ejaculation can be without orgasm.

It can be controlled if there will be ejaculation or not. When start orgasm with ejaculation, ejaculation can no longer be controlled. Ejaculation without orgasm happens, when stimulation of the penis is interrupted as soon as reaches the point of no return. Amount of sperm is twice lower.

I beg to differ. One guy had 3 orgasms and ejaculations in two hours time and he said (and it was very evident) that each one got more intense. I think everyone is different, and guys in their early 20s can achieve this.

I can go back in immediately, but my dick stays to sensitive for a couple minutes, but it will take a long time before I can come again (orgasm or ejaculation).

Ejaculation and orgasm are not one in the same. It's possible and you can achieve orgasm without penile stimulation.

An orgasm is a sensation sent to your brain of intense pleasure and ejaculation is the action of releasing fluid (generally semen with sperm mixed in) from the penis. You can ejaculate without orgasming and you can orgasm without ejaculating. There are parts in your brain that light up when you are orgasming and that shows you are having an orgasm. You can achieve orgasm without penile stimulation as the same parts of the brain light up with non penile orgasms. It's possible!
@UnknownXYZ - Orgasm is the enjoyable feeling and the involuntary muscle spasms if climax. It is those spasms that force the semen out of the vessels it is stored in. You can squeeze muscles to block it getting out through the penis, but it has been forced out of the storage vessels and needs to go somewhere. The attempt at blocking it usually causes a lot of pain, and the semen often travels up into the bladder and causes cloudy urine when you next urinate. It may also leak out after you relax the muscles holding it back. You have had an ejaculation, you have just redirected it in a dangerous way. The ejaculation was the semen being forced out of the vessels at orgasm, even though it did not come out of the penis. Lots of men can have second and third orgasms/ejaculations in fairly quick time, and they do it without going through these actions. It is just inherent in them.
