The dry fit shirt that shows off his arms and pecs are fine, As for the runner tights, it's too much in my personal opinion. If I personally saw a guy dressed like this in the gym... I'd probably look away and pay no mind as I'd assume he's simply there to gain attention or he's possibly gay. I'd much prefer him put baller shorts on over top.
