Technically your child is safe in the house because if you own the house you have the rights to not let his fiance in, I think you should fight for full custody of the child tho so you can shun him from your life and your child life, are you sure she's what's effecting your daughter tho, she can have a bully, I recommend you look into that, she could be getting cyber bullied as well, I don't know how young your child is but if she is very young then they wouldn't think of physical attraction unless someone is putting something in their head so I recommend you keep an eye on your daughter and speak to her, keep in mind you are basically the only responsible guardian she has so you have to be deeply involved in her life, teach her the right and wrongs, teach her about confidence, teach her that people's opinions aren't important and if she's going to take criticism to take the constructive kind, teach her about natural beauty, teach her manners, teach her respect, teach her about self value, teach her about valuing others, teach her the life is valuable and precious and teach her about inside beauty, I know your mother instincts will kick in when they have too and you'll know what to do and when to do it, at this point you have to find out exactly where these negative emotions are coming from and you won't find the solution if you just jump to conclusions, find out what's causing this

If he has equal parental rights, there isn't anything you can do unless you can prove that she's a direct threat to the wellbeing of your daughter.
