  Alright. So this is actually a much more serious situation than I was thinking it was. Since this is in fact, your situation, then I do have some advice for you: You should go through the proper, "official" channels to complain about this woman's inapropriate behavior. You have every right not to feel the way you're describing in your workplace. Everyone does. You and your boyfriend, are being professional in every way, and are doing your best to keep your work-lives and personal lives separate as much as possible (as is the professional thing to do). Now... you have a right to expect to be TREATED as a professional... considering this is your boss, and you're at work... this is not ok. You're in a situation of "workplace harassment". That IS what your situation comes down to. You have a boss making sexually inapropriate remarks to you, on an ongoing basis which make you feel uncomfortable and "disgusted". That's some textbook sexual harassment right there. It really is. Look at how this boss is making you two feel. Look at the workplace environment she's creating. You have every right to have a boss who acts professionally, and treats you professionally. I don't know where you live, but almost everywhere... there are clear laws about this. Almost any company is going to have their own policy about how they don't tolerate sexual harassment and some complaints process. I'm going to hazard a guess, that you're not generally the time to "complain through official channels" when you've got a problem with somebody. Me either. But sometimes, it makes good sense to go that route. This is one of those times. Handle this bitch..."professionally."
