It can depend on a lot of things. For eg: the amount of time in between orgasms or how turned on he is at the moment. For one thing though 10 min is not a short time. Depending on which survey you look at, the avg male orgasms in 3 1/2 - 10 mins. So he can be avg or well above avg.
