My boyfriend wants me to shave my toes?

So me and my boyfriend were talking and he was asking about the kind of things that I like to do in bed. Well I told him how having my toes sucked turns me on lol. Well time passed and he actually did it one night. So later it came into conversation again and he said he would like to do that more often but he said that he wants me to shave my toes. I may sound sensitive for this but it really hurt my feelings and it made me feel insecure and self conscious. Like yea I understand but it’s like I never asked him to do that for me. I never made him do it or expected him to do it. And well now that he told me that it turned me off. I appreciate his honesty but my feelings did get hurt. And yes maybe I should talk to him about it but I don't know I don’t really want to. Like yea I understand that maybe that turns him off and which is why he won’t do it which is fine with me. I guess I was just better off not knowing cause I was never planning on asking him to do that. But yea what are your thoughts about this. I know this whole thing sounds stupid but sometimes my feelings get hurt. I guess since I said I liked that he felt obligated to do it which he didn’t have to and yes I’m sure he is trying to please me but my feelings did get kind of hurt.

    • Yea I mean I didn’t act a certain way towards him. It just made me feel a certain way because my ex never had a problem or told me to do that. So I guess I took it the wrong way but I mean he is my ex for a reason and every person is different. I mean I’m not showing him this side of me, I’m keeping it to myself because yes I am aware that this is silly but I don't know my feelings still got hurt.
