I had a similar problem. I was with a guy who didn't like me to make noises during sexual things, but the guy I'm with now loves it. But the first few times I did I kept apologizing but he kept saying it was hot and I shouldn't be embarrassed. So just reassure her whenever she does it its nothing to worry about and that you actually like it and she will start to (slowly) get more comfortable with doing that.
