In any working relation, the stronger always had to adapt to the weaker.

In your case, you are the weaker, not mentally, emotionally or physically but because being a dominant person is not the role you see yourself in. Thus, your girlfriend must adjust to you and not you to her.

It is an unhealthy relation if the weaker must move to the level of the one that wants something. This is causing you more than just discomfort while for her, it is not an issue since it seemed to have worked fine until now.

Forcing someone to be what he/is not or to act against his/her beliefs and wishes is a sure way to ruin the relation on the long run.

Talk to her and tell her you are not comfortable with it. If she insists, then you know she is the wrong person to be in a relation with because she will constantly put you under pressure until you give in.

Read about it, watch tutorials online (they're on YouTube believe it or not), and then just do it anyways. Yep her not to have any expectations and realize that you're both just learning.

If you still don't get it or feel like you're doing something wrong, there are lifestyle people that "train" others, especially couples, on how to get into it. Be advised though, that would likely mean including another person sexually but within bounderies that you both decide on as a couple
