My wife and I dated for nine months before we were engaged for a year and a half. By the time we got married, we’ve been together for nearly 2 1/2 years. Early on in our relationship, once sex started, we had sex, almost every single evening. I still feel fortunate that, at 56 years of age, we still have sex twice a week and she throws an occasional blow job in there as well.

It's just too much for me but he seems to think it's normal! It was for me also. Hubby thought it was normal as well. I think some people have a higher sex drive. I mean I am fine with every other day, but every day was just too much for me.

We came up with solutions so we could live together and stop arguing about this. So, as a general guideline, we would have sex up to three times a week, I would give him a BJ or HJ once or twice and the other days I would undress and watch him masturbate (which he was reluctant to do but ended up really liking).

Sex drive mis match is the #1 reason for relationship and marital issues. There is no standard what is OK and not is very different. Some women feel their SO isn't attracted to them unless they are constantly perused. If if they will say no that gets tired FAST. SEX and relationship counseling is what you need. Or it's not a great prognosis.

I think it’s normal especially for men-my ex and I had a situation like this and we tried to resolve it but mismatched sex drives are a real problem. I would have liked it every day - she was maybe once or twice a week. She did things like daily hjs or occasional bjs on the days she didn’t want sex but I always felt like it was a chore to her and I couldn’t dampen my sex drive so it lead to problems. Well if he wants to have sex that much tell him he will have to do the work and you just lie there, that way you don't have to do anything on those days you are exausted and then on other days you can put the effort in when you are really horny.
