My sister is 18 our step dad is 34 he's always liked her a lot. I've always thought something weird was going on between them because he's in her room a lot and I hear things! But today I was sitting on the stairs they didn't know I was up and I looked into the living room threw the glass door and he was kissing her and groping her and she was pushing him of her. So I walked in and asked what the fuck they were doing she never moved or said anything, he just laughed and said nothing! About 10 minutes later he left the house for work. 
So I asked my sister why she was kissing him she just burst into tears saying he keeps making her have sex with him and she really doesn't want to! He's hit her a few times She said she's scared of him and just does whatever he wants! She doesn't want to envolve the police, which I told her is the right thing to do but she doesn't want to and I respect her wishes but I've got no clue what to do! I know I need to tell my mum but I'm waiting it out
What should I do?

OK, now as bad as this might sound to some people who haven't read this before. Fuck off with this shit. Over the past couple weeks a girl account keeps posting about this, a man account has posted a couple times, and now you as the brother. So either some strange coincidence with three people in the exact same situation have decided to all post recently, or you, one pervert has some messed up fantasy and is posting over and over.

I think you should tell your mom when you know he won't be around for a while, he seems like he can get scary, so with her knowing with time to spare instead of him being around and her confronting him immediately you all can leave the house and stay at your moms friends, grandparents, or even a hotel and then contact the police. Don't let your mom confront him that's not safe at all he could hurt her.
