Question; has she been the type to cuddle with you before you two got married or during the first years of marriage? Have you even tried? Because if she just suddenly stopped for no reason what so ever, that is a sign of a person issue. A woman who doesn't want to cuddle and share intimacy with you in closeness, means that she's either upset with you about something or she is upset about herself. If she hasn't opened up to you as her husband there is something not right. Love may not be the issue. But a sign of distrust. Otherwise she may just not like cuddling now. If she's sick or not well, women may not feel the need to want to be touched. If she is around your age, she could be going into early menopause or it already started. That lowers libido to nearly nothing and she may feel the need to have more of her space.
As you get older you tend to want you space and privacy more than you did when you were younger. Studies have shown that space every once in a while is healthy for a growing couple especially in marriage.
Some people are cuddlers and some are not. I wouldn't worry. If you two are still having sex and are having a normal intimate and non-intimate relationship, I don't think there's anything for you to worry about.
She could be running to the bathroom to pee so that she doesn't get a uti. Women are supposed to pee right after sex to clear out the bacteria from the urethra. Also, cuddling is often not the best path to sleep. I love cuddling for intimacy. However, when it's time for me to actually sleep, I need to sleep on my stomach in a specific position.
If you are concerned, I would say that you should talk to her. She's your wife and cares about you. She'll want to make sure that you are feeling secure in the relationship. Good luck!

Sometimes she may just not want to be touched or she's emotional about something else. Sometimes people suppress things and they come up at weird times.
Bring the topic up when there is time for discussion (i. e. not right after/before/ or during sex) or when either of you may be in a bad mood. Just tell her you have something you would like to discuss with her and lay it out for her. If she's your wife, then, she should be willing to work out a solution with you.
some people just aren't cuddly. or, if you've been together for a long time, she may be bored~ this is quite common in couples who have passed the "honeymoon phase", when the relationship is no longer new and exciting. but you can rekindle your spark~ it's just a matter of talking to her and telling her how you feel.
as for the bathroom-after-sex thing: makes sense, as not going to the bathroom immediately after sex can result in a bladder infection, and some women are more prone to them than others (oftentimes, it runs in families). so maybe that's her deal. but you'll never know until you talk to her.
She probably had recurrent uti's. Thats why a lot of women go to the bathroom post sex. It helps prevent them. Why don't you ask her if something is the matter the next time she gets up after sex

It doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't love you. Have you asked her why she doesn't cuddle anymore? Have you told her that cuddling is very important to you? After my husband and I have sex, I catch my breath and go to the bathroom. If us women don't pee after sex, we can contract UTIs. But I always go back and cuddle my husband afterwards.

Devil's advocate -- yr wording *was* vague enough that a sufficiently clueless (or way, way, way too imaginative) reader might think you were suggesting urinary incontinence. 😂😂 __ Srs about the bidet attachments tho. Ever since living in Tokyo twenty years ago -- where basically all public toilets had really fancy bidets -- I've been obsessed. Not only to prevent the "down-the-leg drool" (OMG I LOVE IT, I'm so stealing that), but for normal #1's and #2's too. Don't even need toilet paper/cottonelle wipes, except for drying (#1) and/or mental reassurance (#2). If we're going to stay with family or friends for more than like 3 days, then, unless they staunchly refuse -- which no one ever has -- I'll just order one, have it sent there, and my husband or I will install it when we get there. Then we just leave it on, and they're eternally indebted. (: As you can tell, I like to evangelize about these. Srsly need to get America on board the Japanese bidet train in general.
