Not well. First of all they don’t feel right for the women. Secondly if your that big around you couldn’t fit in most of them. I’ve bought 4 or 5 different ones, highest rated and ones we researched together. Like I mentioned I have a narrow one too, and it has been hard to get any of them on, if you use lube to help get it on it slides off once inside her.
