I plan to have anal sex for the first time Monday. I've been practicing with a dildo I got a few weeks ago and it's been fine. I ordered special lube just for anal. But I'm kinda worried about the mess... if you guys know what I mean... I mean it's a butt. I'm clean and I wipe myself off well. If you're really nervous about it then I would suggest using an enema a couple of hours beforehand. Doing it that early will allow plenty of time to let any residual liquid make it's way out. The enema will give you peace of mind that things will be clean for him. Don't use any kind of commercial enema. Just water is best. I have a douche "bulb" I used to use and it worked fine.

Having said that, I stopped doing enemas before anal a long time ago, for a couple of reasons. First, they are a hassle, can be messy, and I just find them uncomfortable.
