OMG. I got period blood on my boyfriend! HELP?

My period ended two days ago. And yesterday me and my boyfriend had sex. Which is what we normally do and nothing has ever happened. But this time when it was over there was a dark red spot on his penis. And he was like "what is that?" And I played it off like I didn't know but I knew it was blood. And he just ignored it and got dressed and went to work. When he got home that night he said "I think you bled a little earlier" and I was like "... me?" And he pulled down his pants and showed me his underwear and there was some faint red stains on them. I felt so embarassed and I was just like I'm sorry. And he said it was fine he noticed earlier that day when he went to pee and he was like Woah!, thinking he was the one bleeding. I am so embarassed :( this has never happened before

Don't be embarrassed. If a guy can't deal with a little menstrual blood, he's not ready for an intimate relationship. I'd suggest you say it was you, that you're sorry but that it's just the price for sex. Deal with it. Women are their most responsive during their period in my experience. Just put down some old towels and go to it. Washing your hair gets the blood from under the nails.

Apparently it didn't bother him, so nothing to be embarrassed about! Maybe just put a towel down. Sometimes you still get a little blood before or after the period as well. No big deal

Honestly it's nothing to be embarrassed about. I've known couples who have had sex on their periods including myself and my girlfriend. It's a natural thing, just gotta wipe and wash after the session.

Nothing to be embarrassed about. He ignored it when he saw it, and told you in case you didn't know. He made no big deal of it, and neither should you.
