That's gift wrap for your enjoyment. It's pretty and probably cheaply made for one or two times use. The color and the barely there lace are there for fun. Being that it is a matching set with garters in an bright color that can't be worn under most light colored clothing, I'd say no woman wears that around under her clothes on a daily basis, at least not a girl who needs support like she does. I wouldn't be surprised if she is wearing pasties so you don't see her nipples sticking out in that lingerie advertisement.
If I buy stuff like that I try to get something that looks a little more elegant. That looks like discounted Fredricks of Hollywood. I have gotten nice things from Rosme Lingerie. They are in Europe.
