No. it takes a LOT of practice and repetition with the same person to be able to time it at the same time. even then it's hard. But if you want it to happen. like other things. you have to practice, practice, practice.

Never in my experience have we both had an orgasm at the same time. I'm sure this varies from couple to couple though.
