I think it depends on the age of the guy. Guys 45-35 seem to be circumcised more often then not. ( I think it was because it was offered as an option at birth at the hospitals). Those below 35 are more likely to be uncircumcised. (Doctors changed their point of view in the early 90s- and parents were required to ask for the procedure)
