It's not common for men to be turned on by urine play. However, I see nothing wrong with it. For my part, I'm not turned on by it, but I'm not turned off by it either. If I learned that my lover had an interest in it, then I would go along with it. (shrugs)

Urine play can be sanitary and not-that-bad provided that some small precautions are taken.

First, the one who urinates needs to be healthy. If this person has a bladder infection, urinary tract infection, diabetes, or any other significant health issue, then their urine should not be ingested or otherwise taken into the body, such as through the eyes, through cuts on the skin, and so on. It is only safe to take urine into the body when the urine comes from a healthy person. Healthy people have sterile urine.

Second, while a healthy person will have sterile urine, their urethra will contain bacteria. The first part of their urine stream will dislodge that bacteria and push it out of their body. For this reason, one should not play with the beginning of the urine stream. Instead, the healthy person should pee in the toilet, shower, or whatever for approximately half a second to get the bacteria out. The remaining urine can be played with.

Third and last, there is an issue of taste to consider. The one who urinates should not eat sulfuric foods like asparagus, eggs, and so on. Likewise, that person should drink plenty of water to dilute the taste as much as possible. How much water? However much is needed to get the urine to run clear instead of yellow.

If these three conditions have been met, then there's little to worry about.

First of all, yes, it's sanitary. Urine is not toxic, though I personally prefer to keep it out of my sexual escapades.

Secondly: I have no idea how any man can piss with an erection. Biology blocks that for good reasons, opening the channels for something more conducive to the procreation of the species.

Personally, I would not come up with pissing in someone's mouth as a sexual act. I might do it with sufficient pleading, but seriously, there's something kind of violent and degrading about that. If you're into that sort of thing, rest assured, it's as safe as putting genitals in your mouth - or even kissing.

However, if you like being degraded, there may be some issues underlying that. Resolving those, or just acknowledging them, would probably be a good thing for your sexlife in general.

Whilst it's impossible to pee whilst being hard they may mean to pee in their mouth. In which case you need to remember that urine is sterile so only thing that may be not nice is the taste.

This is a fetish. Not real popular or common, but well known. Go a google search on drinking pee. It is safer than you think. Survival experts say you can save your life by drinking your own urine if you have no other source of water. As for being sanitary, for the most part, if the person peeing is infected with something then so is the urine. Any "waste" is exited by solid waste. Urine for the most part is mostly water and unused nutrients and chemicals.

no not sanitary. how can peeing on someone be sanitary. urine is sterile but it still does have low levels of bacteria and if a person has any sort of infection it can be definitely unhealthy.
