Please critique my view on sex and female virginity?

Because a function of sex is sexual reproduction, a process involving the male inseminating/impregnating the female’s body.

So, I see sex as him doing something very personal and significant way, by literally putting his semen and his baby into her body, occupying it up to 9 months, while she doesn’t do that to his body at all.

Given that, I do not want another guy to have done that to her body in such a personal and significant way, and I want her to only let me do that.

For thousands of years before this short promiscuous century, men and women married for exactly this reason.

In fact, the Catholic canon law defines a marriage as consummated when the "spouses have performed between themselves in a human fashion a conjugal act which is suitable in itself for the procreation of offspring, to which marriage is ordered by its nature and by which the spouses become one flesh".

And not just among Christians, but the Chinese traditionally married for the purpose of starting a family. So are many Asian traditions.

If counting the number of people over 6000 years of written history, a great majority actually marry for offspring (matchmaking). And of course many also dated and married as virgins and their religion require them to "consummate" (without contraceptives).

It's promiscuity of this century that is "strange" if witnessed by those who died before 1900.

  • Sex is a personal thing. Your opinion is fine! just don’t expect everyone else to feel the same. Sounds like you like monogamy. There are men and women out there that don’t want to be monogamous

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Fornication's purpose it to spread the seed and to continue the lineage of both the woman and the man and therefore, copulating uselessly with multiple partners is not what procreation is all about.

Humans are actually stupid because they diverted the original purpose of copulation into something that has nothing to do with procreation anymore. The only aim nowadays when fornicating is actually the destruction of life since those millions upon millions of sperms are destroyed every time copulation is performed with no intention of procreating.

  • I agree, and for the same reason I don't think men who have already been spreading their seed among other women should ever be tolerated or accepted in the context of dating or marriage.

    • Our preferences are ours that's completely valid. I'm just emphasising a guy is dealing with associations like 'another guy occupied my girl's body putting his baby in her body' While a girl's not dealing with associations about how 'another girl has occupied my guy's body and put her baby inside his body'

    • It's not about preference, it's about how men who have slept around become inferior and worthless as a spouse and father. Aside from the money they produce.

  • You're probably gonna stay single for a good while. Sex is sex either way and condoms exist so if they use condoms he's not putting his semen in her.

    • What if he does put his semen in her, does this change anything?

    • No it really doesn't, thats like saying when a person breaks a leg that he's completely useless and broken and has no value

  • Nothing wrong with this unless you feel that the men shouldn't have to be virgins cuz this goes both ways.

    • Honestly my view is this: I see sex as him ‘using/owning’ her body, because the main function of sex is sexual reproduction, a process involving the male inseminating/impregnating the female’s body. So, I see sex as him using/owning her body in a very personal and significant way because I mentally associate sex with him literally putting his semen and his baby into her body, occupying her body up to 9 months. While she doesn’t do that to his body at all, so she doesn’t use/own his body in a comparable way at all. Given this, the standards may not be the same.

    • Women can easily use a man for sex and for babies. Lots of cases of women baby trapping men into relationship

    • I understand that's absolutely possible, but what I mean is he uses her body in ways that are extremely significant and personal (putting his sperm and his baby in her body occupying it for months), while what she does to his body is not really comparable. it is in this sense that I think he uses her body, in ways she does not use his body.

  • I don't want a girl with kids either, but for different reasons

    • But I personally don't care if a girl has been pregnant before she even met me. Women aren't property. I don't need her to be pure and untouched like she's damaged goods otherwise. That's just ridiculous. I just want her to be a good person and a good companion with a good heart

    • By your logic, then I hope you can afford a brand new house. Because you wouldn't want to live in a house that someone has lived in! That's too personal 🤦‍♂️

    • If they came all over it and have been turning the house into a incubator for their offspring, probably not yes.
