What I am talking about is "prostate massage" properly done at the right time.
Many guys have "gay fears" about this and others are simply uncomfortable with the thought or practice of it. But for some of us, a good session can be magnificent.
The prostate is a walnut sized gland that surrounds the urethra between the bladder and outer sphincter we use to pinch back pee. It produces seminal fluid, which is the medium that carries live semen during ejaculation. Just above and connected to it are are the seminal vesicles that store live semen arriving from the testicles and the ejaculatory ducts which force semen into the prostate, mix it with seminal fluid and expel it during ejaculation. The prostate and seminal vesicles become engorged with fluids during arousal.
My experience is that anal opening is heavily loaded with nerves and even shallow fingering adds a lot of sensation to a HJ or BJ, speeding up my orgasm.
