I know I’m going to get in trouble again for giving my opinion on this subject. But here it is… I don’t see how it couldn’t hurt her! I hear about how it supposedly feels so good for the woman. But I don’t see how it can unless she has a bad case of fecal incontinence. Medically, it’s been proven that the receiver of anal-based penetration is 50% more likely to have fecal incontinence. It causes damage to the sphincter muscle over time. I don’t see how it would stimulate a female either. Most of the sexual sensory for stimulation is within the vagina and vulva which also encompasses the inner clitoris (Gspot and side lobes on both sides just under the inner labia) and external clitoris in front under the hood.
As for the male, it would only make sense in my mind that the penis would feel much better inside the vagina where it naturally belongs. Like the penis is made to stimulate the female, the female organ is also made to stimulate perfectly the male organ. They both work perfectly in conjunction with each other. Including all the proper natural lubrication. Even the insides of the vagina has a curvature to cause perfect stimulation to the head of the penis. You don’t have that with the anus. The anus is specific to exiting human byproduct only.

It is painful for most women the first few times. It was for me. I think the only way to avoid that is doing some kind of training first like what another user here said she heard on a podcast. Her body just needs to adjust to it before she can do it comfortably, and that can either happen traumatically by just going for it with a guy, or comfortably over time by gently training her body with fingers and toys. If I had it to do over again, I would definitely do it that way.

The first time, yes. And perhaps the next time or two until it becomes comfortable and pleasurable. There are a lot of factors that can make it better or worse. The discomfort can be mitigated with lube, patience, and practice (which can also hurt) but in general the first time can be difficult and somewhat shocking
