For the most part I don't notice them there clothing is designed to control everything most of the time. However there are times we sit down or move onto a position where clothes pull on or cruse your bits meaning a certain level of adjustment is needed for comfort.

I do not feel my dick and balls when they're calm, except if my pants are too tight, and then it gets uncomfortable.

When I get an erection then it's hot, rigid, and a little painful. 1- Having a dick feels exactly like having an extra big finger in your front. Only that sometimes when you're a bit aroused you can get aroused by the pressure of your trousers.

Sometimes, in the morning, before I get out of bed I'll have a stiffy and when I go to pee, I have to either hover my ass over the toilet and pee straight down, stand in front of it and try to bend over pretty far or stand several feet away from the toilet and gradually get closer as the stream dies down.
