  what do you mean it happens more than once? your balls produce semen with your dna. no matter what. and the second you're having sex, they're already made, so it's not like the sex you have can somehow influence that process. there's things that can reduce semen health and actually effect fertility but not such things. that's more like overall health stuff. nutrition, fitness and such.

  DNA doesn't change like that, DNA really changes at all except when it's denatured by mutation. Most segments of DNA are set in stone at the point of conception.
