Seeking advice on sexual issues in the bedroom after being in a 5 year relationship. Advice on performance issues with new partners?

A new woman has come into the picture for the past week or so and it’s been purely sexual. She’s attractive and much more sexually in-tuned with her body then my ex so things seem to happen so fast. I want to do all the things I’ve been thinking of but can’t seem to get my dick to follow suit. It’s been a bit disappointing and I just wanna solve these issue mentally and physically. Any advice?

  • Performance anxiety is a common thing after being in a comfortable sexual relationship for a long time. There are a few things you can try.

    • Eat healthier as in cut out caffeine and added sugars, these all contribute towards anxiety. A few hours before the event have a low fat high energy meal.

    • Stop focusing on things that could go wrong they are only going to make you feel more anxious. If things do go wrong laugh about them don't make a thing of it.

    • Learn some relaxation breathing control and meditation techniques to help calm yourself.

    • Talk to her openly avout what yuu are experiencing.

    • Man oh man! This is some good advice, thanks man. Appreciate you taking the time.

    • Good luck and I hope it works out.

    • For sure thanks man. Any videos or educational stuff you could steer me towards with relation to breath control and meditation?

  • The fact that the only thing you have to say about her is sexual is a huge red flag for both of you, and probably is related to why your last relationship was a failure.

    • Could be, we are sexual beings first… no? Emotional connection comes with time, physical attraction is always first. Any other insights?

    • No? It just sounds like you let your penis do all your thinking for you.

    • Pretty sure if that was the case I wouldn’t need to post asking for advice on sexual help with regards to mental blocks 🤷🏻‍♂️
