Sex addict but haven't had sex?

I'm a virgin. I feel like I'm sort of a sex addict but I haven't had sex? I'm always thinking of the idea of sex. I'm like a serious virgin. Haven't done anything. Haven't had a boyfriend. I love the idea of actually being a submissive. I always feel the want to just have sex with anyone so I can have that pleasure, but of course I don't want just any random. So I tried masturbating, but I never get the pleasure I desire. I've seen a couple of p*rn videos. Every time I see an attractive guy, I think of the things I would do to him. What sucks is I'm a virgin because I'm too shy to actually have sex with a guy. Why am I so shy but also feel like this. I can't fulfill my needs.

  • Just a high sex drive, sex addiction is very over the top since a feeling like yours is actually so common. I'm the exact same, my sex drive is ridiculously high. But to be a sex addict you basically have to be bad to the point where you have sex no matter if you get emotionally or physically hurt and you have absolutely no interest in the people you sleep with as in your aren't into them, you aren't attracted to them and frankly you don't care if they have any interest in you.

  • It's what called a "Sex drive". :) You're not an addict. You can't be an addict on something you haven't done. But sounds like you have a healthy sex drive to me.
