I just think she's to young! and she's always talking about wanting to have kids and things like that. im worried but don't want her to hate me if I try and talk to her or someone else about it. • If she is not careful she could end up like the people on 16 and Pregnant who thought they knew what they were doing. There is more to life than sex especially at her age. Why would an 18 year old want to date a 14 year old? He could end up on the sex offenders list if someone called the cops on him after he turns 18 and he got convicted of having sex with a minor that is if he still has sex with her after turning 18. She is either going to be in 8th grade or a freshman in high school while he is going to be a senior in high school or a freshman in college if he continues with school. Your friend I hope wakes up to reality of the situation she is in.

  • You should talk to her but I bet she won't want to take into consideration what you tell her, thus then you can leave her alone to let her do what she'll do anyways.

If you're real good friends, stay on her radar, so she may turn to you for help the day she needs you.

  • I think she's too young to realize the mess she's going into. I think sex should be for people who are in love and at her age, she probably never even fell in love. I advice you tell her parents.. And he 'boyfriend' needs to get to prison already. This is illegal and the best thing you could do for her is let her parents know whats going on

    • her parents know about her and her boyfriend but not about the sex but I would but I don't want her to hate me forever

    • it's better she hates you but is forced to stop than not hating you and getting std or pragnent with an 18 year old

  • Is that even LEGAL in your area? Of course talk to her. Or better yet, knock the idea into her. She's probably barely hit her puberty, it's too young for this kinda stuff.

  • I don't think there's much you can say to her to stop this sort of behavior. She need a to slow down and understand she's a a girl not a woman.

    • Thanks for MH :)

    • where are the parents in this situation. she's getting into trouble because the parents aren't aware

    • Why are you asking me, Metal? Shit, idk.

  • Thats illegal and just not smart

  • I've said this before -- Legally speaking, her "boyfriend" can be arrested for pedophilia for having sex with a minor. Legal age is 16 / 18 depending on what state you live in, but here in the UK it's 16.

I think if anything she's jeopardizing her "boyfriend".

    • Statutory rape and pedophilia are two VERY different things!

    • True, but either way, not legal. But yeah, point taken on that one, thanks for pointing that out :P

  • The function of sex is to create children.

Is she in any position to raise a child? No.

That's really, really stupid on the part of the guy too. He could go to jail for that.

  • I love the direction the generations are heading towards

  • If you care say something if not , well me and my wife are living fine we became parents at the age of 15 and 16 both graduated with diploma and getting our bachelors degree , she's a R.N and im enlisting in the Marines Officers Program. ... pretty much if she's smart about everything she'll make it

  • She really needs some parental supervision
she is going end up pregnant and she doesn't
realize the consequences it can cause her
she is going out with a guy age 18 , she is
legally under the age of consent he can
held for rape charges if he touches her
so you better warn her the age of consent
is usually age 16 and up in most states
    of America.

    • This guys turning age 18 he can be in trouble

  • I find myself setting a double standard here. I lost it at 13 to a 17 yr old. But I think that age is too young for girls...

    • what is the difference? girls are suppose to be 5-10 years more mature then guys

    • Why am I now getting the idea that this question isn't aimed towards a friend, but the question is more meta than it actually wants to appear to be.

    • Why is it okay for a boy at 13 but not a girl?

  • that is rather young. i'd keep an eye on her.

  • I don't think it's that big of a deal if she's smart about it

  • Ummmmm that’s very concerning. I think you should definitely talk to her. I’m 15 and literally no one else is like that in my huge public school and I know almost everyone. There’s only been a few kids who have had sex and no one has done it more than once

  • Unfortunately there are a percentage of girls brought up in the way that makes them end up with three kids by three different "baby daddies" by age 25, with none of the fathers wanting to have anything do with them or the kids.

Maybe that's her. If the kid has a low self-esteem or is addicted to signs of validation as an adult, some "bad boy" types know how to manipulate that to basically make her their slut.

  • Is she Mexican?

  • Way too young. She should enjoy being young while it lasts, you seriously have the rest of your adult life for sex. Her adult life hasn't even yet begun. I don't know why people want to grow up so fast, childhood is the most magical time of your life. Hang on to it, cause once it's gone things just won't be the same.

  • You can try talking to her but to be honest I think she needs a psycyatrist... I'm pretty sure she'll regret it
