Sex on the beach at winter time?

So my boyfriend and I decided that one night we could go in a secluded beach, bring some towels and blankets and maybe have sex on the beach (it's not sandy there, just like small rocks, nothing painful) no way we are going in for a swim because it's fucking cold. So in my country when it's summer the beaches are always full. So you can't have that experience in a nice warm night. So we're left with a winter's cold night, clear of clouds and full of stars. It sounds good to me. What do you think? Will we just get extremely sick and get nothing out of it? Or does a nice mood and a partner make it all good? Have you had a night like that? Any tips?

Get two sleeping bags that can be zipped together to make one large sleeping bag or wear something you don't have to pull off completely to have sex, that way you can stay warm.

I love next to the beach. Sex on the beach is one of those things that sounds so much better than it actually is. Sand in private places is no fun.
