I don't think its a problem once the sexting is consensual between you and your coworker. It only becomes an issue if you send unwelcoming inappropriate messages and he reports it.
It can get you fired.
I would certainly kick my subordinates' ass if I found out. Second offense and I'd fire them immediately. Worktime is not the time for this.
In most places you can get fired without notice at any time for no reason.
