Sexual frustration. Help?

I'm a 16 year old male and I don't know anywhere else to go about this question, I guess you could call it sexual frustration. In the past year I feel like I have changed, I lost a good few friends because they got girlfriends, my best mate who I have been friends with for 15 years got one and we barely do anything anymore. I got friendzoned by this girl I really like due to some bad decisions. Which led to even more frustration. I now get angry subconsciously at people ( isn't going down well in the family ). I started to lift weights and spend my free doing this, as the weights help a lot, but there is only so much time you can lift weights for. Any other suggestions that would help reduce my anger?

  • Usually exercises are the best to reduce anger, you can as well read books and listen to music that make you feel calm and relaxed.

    Always put in your mind that if you want to be a better person then the 1st step is to change yourself without the need of others ( you don't need someone to be there for you in order to feel better or lose anger ) .

    It's more of a self control , all humans can control themselves. It just needs time, try to accept anything that annoy you or any5hung that sounds as bullying you. Just think of it as nothing and it's just words / actions that. Basically start to give no fuk what's happening and turn into a cold person where you don't get effected by others.

    One last thing, you're still young and it's a matter of time until you find a girl. I'm 18 and I'm a virgin , I've never wanted to get in a rs or have a boyfriend. Don't mind our fuked up generation who thinks it's an achievement and something to be proud of to lose your virginity or get a girlfriend.

    You don't even need a girlfriend at this age , young people always think it's a most to have a girlfriend / boyfriend..

    Keep collecting more friends ( boys or girls ) and within the time you will see who are your real friends and who are your fake friends who aren't worth being friends with.

  • Therapy, meditation, yoga are pretty good things for stress relief. If your into that kind of stuff or you think it will help lmao.

  • Sometimes people believe they are angry about one thing but in reality their anger comes from something else entirely. I understand you would like to have a girlfriend but that's a normal frustration for young people and is probably not the root of your anger. What else is going on in your life? How's your home life? I was an angry sad young man and eventually I realized a lot of it came from my father, who was there but not really there.

    • My family life is good, my dad manages to frustrate me sometimes, but userally he is just trying to teach me something. I was bullied for 7 years when I was a bit younger and I still dont let myself forget what happened back then
