DON'T LIE! ... guys, do you tell your guy friends the details of a sexual rendezvous that you had with a girl, even her name and what she looks like in bed and sexual things that she will do, or did with you... I mean "Everything"?

Girls, will you do this to your sexual partners as well?

Is this more of a guy thing?

Growing up, and in my 20s, I knew a few guys who would tell everyone everything (half of which was BS and everyone knew it), but these were definitely the exception - guys who had no filter about anything and were constantly saying outrageous things or bragging incessantly.

MOST guys say little or nothing. At most, you have this conversation (picture 4 of 5 guys talking).

That's about as detailed as things usually get. He might tell his close friends that the two of you had sex, but rarely will there be any details. Maybe an exception is if he had banged a girl who has lots of casual sex with lots of guys - he might give a few more details, under the assumption that she's unlikely to care given that she sleeps with 3-4 new guys a week. But if a guy likes a girl and has any interest in her, the LAST thing he wants is his friends thinking sexually about her, so he's not likely to share any real details, and most guys don't ask their guy friends for details if the guy isn't sharing them.

On the other hand, I've overheard women talking on a number of occasions where they weren't really paying attention and didn't realize that I was there, and WOMEN SHARE *EVERYTHING*. I've heard WAY more detail than anything I've heard from guys with the exception of maybe 2 of those "no filter" kind of guys I mentioned before - and you can't even believe half of what those guys say.

So, I voted Girls.

I mean I’ve never gone into full detail I don’t think, but I have talked some about it on here and with some of our mutual friends. But only because I’ve talked to him about this and I know he’s comfortable with it. If he wasn’t, I wouldn’t say anything.

Guys I know are mostly quiet too unless they get broken hearted then they tell you everything as a way to get revenge but I disapprove.

Never been in the position but I'd say for me no, I may say I did it if it even comes up but depending on the person I could say the name but then I'm pretty close to assuming marriage... so not as racy... In terms of the question specifically in movies and TV shows I've seen both girls and guys do it, girls on the phone at times with a classic phone cord curled in their hands with the bare feet showing and a smile on their face or a guy in a car repair shop wearing a shirt full of grease, using motions with his hands. I've seen both. at least in tv movies but not much outside of that... I'd be interested to hear the responses

The only men doing it are cheap thugs with really low IQs. The kind of guys that have done prison time. Women do it but for different reasons. They work together in groups to take care of children expecting women and so on. Part of that is giving each other advice about their relationships how to keep a man, how to please him sexually and so on.
