Large boobs are saggy and fat. Small boobs are perky and will still look good when a woman is 50 or 60 years old. About 25% of all guys prefer smaller boobs, and about 25% have no preference, so that's a total of 50% of all guys who are perfectly fine with smaller boobs on a girl.

Try to convince her how attractive she is, tell her she doesn't need any work she perfect as she is. Tell her how anyone who tried to say otherwise is wrong and just a dick. Well from a man's perspective I'd tell her not to get them, they just feel wrong and are a massive turn off for some men. Personally I think her figure including her breast size is perfect for my liking. I understand that self confidence is all part of the reasons that people use to make their choices and if it that important to her that she should go ahead.
