No, and you'd probably increase (by a tiny amount) the risk of a mishap by doing so.

Normally when wearing a condom you'd finish inside, then hold the condom and carefully pull out. In the heat of the moment, you're not going to be so careful and it could roll off. It's still a tiny risk, but given there's no real need, I wouldn't bother.

Condoms are safe. If they break, it's because it was damaged in removing it from the foil or in putting it on (snagged on a nail etc). A tiny nick in the latex that you might not see then turns into a tear.
