I will give you my opinion on penis pumps. I own one (being curious about them I finally gave in and bought one). They don't work... Kinda.

While wearing the pump and you have a vacuu, your dick is indeed bigger. You may retain some size (specifically girth, I haven't found them to work for gaining length sorry), but I find the engorged penis does quickly shrink back down rather quickly.

I don't personally enjoy a pump, I think they very much suck.
That being said... If you've read this far: buy a cock ring. You can wear it for a temporary boost in size and while you wear it the increase is permanent. Go about your business much easier and faster then using a pump.
