you usually end up with nerve damage, ED, and bad scarring.

if you are that desperate for a bigger penis, either buy an extender that goes over your manhood, OR go for broke and get the replacement surgery where they put in pumps in your balls, and sacks in your shaft to make you hard. It is not reversible.

I'm not even sure this is a surgery that's done anymore but if it is please don't do it. You may find that you have a somewhat larger penis that doesn't work properly.
