Should I take this sexual thing seriously?

My husband had to go to court for a misdeamenor, and he had a public defender representing him. He came home and had a drink. He was telling me about his public defender, how she told him once the judges leaves the courtroom, the whole court will no longer be recorded. He was mad about it and said that if thats so, he can tell her to suck his dick, and fuck him 2-3x since its not recorded.

I honestly feel offended by this. I feel like he was thinking of having sex with her to even thought of that! Am i right? Or am i overreacting? He says im overreacting, cause he was only using that as an excuse to be able to do illegal shit since its not recorded.

You need to take it seriously because that's your husband. Anything your husband does affects your reputation and how you're being looked at by other people. Just like back in the day if a woman does anything call us was out in public or in private, it would affect in ruin the man's reputation. So you need to take it very seriously. Because what you're witnessing right there in the man who has zero respect for women, zero respect for your marriage, and not only is he showing himself to be abusive, he's revealing things about himself that is highly dangerous. I think what you need to do is really question now if this is somebody you're able to continue a marriage with or else you two are going any serious marriage counseling. Because it's bad enough you're dealing with somebody that is already on trial for something that more than likely is caused by his negligence. He just adding up more problems that you're going to have to face and deal with.

overreacting he was just saying that as a example... the point he was trying to prove was when the judge is out of the room you can say whatever because its not privelidged information. doesn't mean court staff aren't listening however and tell the judge.

It doesn't sound appropriate to me for him to say such a thing to you. If he was upset and venting you could consider forgiving him once, but if this in not an isolated incident with him it may be time to send him packing.
