I didn't even know what incel meant until I went on this site. I guess there are really two definitions. One is a guy that can't get laid because women do not want him and the other is because some nut job killed a bunch of women because he could not get laid. I think he was the outlier. It, literally does mean someone who wants to have sex but isn't able to. Usually because nobody wants to do it with them, but maybe because they are bedridden, or, could be a lot of other reasons...
