Should men have women sign consent forms before having sex?

We all know when you have consented sex that everyone is good but some times there is a certain woman who nuts and lone and behold police are knocking on your door to put you in jail without not probable cause. Oh and yes thats how it works... if a woman calls a police on a man the man is thrown in jail because a womans lies are worth more. I think in today's world where men have to cover their behinds. ITs legit To have women sign a consent forms so they don't accuse you of rape when it was consensual. If a woman accuses a man of rape when it was false based on a lie the punishment for the woman is peanuts.

  • I'm a criminal defense lawyer who has defended men who were either falsely or legitimately charged with rape. I can assure you such a "signed consent form" would have no legal weight in criminal proceedings. You might as well fold it and wipe your butt with it. Guys who live in real life and not in rabbit holes on the internet clearly understand this. If you're part of the hookup culture out looking for gratuitous sex, you're at higher risk of being falsely accused of rape. Get your mind out of the gutter, and keep it in your pants.

    • False, any written document but both signed participants holds far more legal weight than a he says she says word of mouth. If you take a word of mouth over a willing and signed notice of legal waiver for consensual sex then you are no legal representative.

    • You have no clue what you're talking about, son. Stop trolling.

    • She's right, I'm a prosecutor. Most judges would laugh at a defense attorney trying to enter that as evidence. There is nothing legal about it. You need to have witnesses, some would include attorneys from both sides, during it's signing. Some states require a legal document to be notarized. We're talking a criminal trial, we're not talking about a civil case.

  • Men who ask women to sign anything other than a prenup are destined for a life of chastity.

Most Helpful Guys

  • No, that's pretty silly. Men aren't convicted of sexual assault on the accuser's word in the absence of physical evidence.

  • Umm no. Because consent can be withdrawn at any time for any reason.

    • That or take a chance spending time in jail. Losing your house, job and savings for a false rape allegation.

    • Good point! I take a verbal yes as an ok to a great orgasm.

  • Manwhore problems

  • It would protect the man from false claims of rape.

  • If your a pornstar in California they do in addition, have to use a condom. Look up California AB 332

  • That would ruin the mood and I seriously doubt that would hold up in court. I'll just stick to knowing the character of the woman that I'm fucking.

  • It seems the two female responses to your question thus far suggest the answer to your question is yes.
