Should people be allowed to go naked on the beach if they want to?

No. Nudists should be restricted to nude beaches. If people were allowed to go completely nude on any beach, it would deter a majority of people, including people with children, from going to and enjoying the beach.
I see no reason at all why people can't wear some kind of minimal swim wear when at a public beach. That's not an imposition. I don't want to see guys' ugly junk, and some bikinis are practically nude anyway.

Yes but only if there are no children around. In A lot of Europe and Australia/NA many beaches are topless which is no big deal. We are way too conservative here in the USA

Emotionally mature people should be capable of disconnecting nudity and sex. The beach in summer is so much better naked than clothed.

I am okay with it although I know it will not be a pretty sight for the most part. I really do not see many attactive girls at the beach like I used to. Same thing with guys for that matter.

I don't necessarily think that you should be allowed to be naked at any beach, but it is important to have some nude beaches for those who want to (I've been to a few and enjoyed them.) And it would be nice if these beaches were actually recognized as clothing optional beaches in the US. Many of them just exploit gray areas in laws.
