Prostitution is a victimless crime provided it is practiced by and with adults, and in many studies, the presence of legal prostitution reduces the incidence of forcible rape. Prostitution also provides income to women and sexual release to men who might otherwise not be able to obtain it. I don't see the problem in legalizing it.
I cringe at the thought of kids. This is morally conflicting, but in technicalities it’s probably alright if legalized.
I don’t see the reason of arrest, unless economic analysts foresee other problems revolving around it.
For a true matter, it does pose problems of STD mutations. We don’t have vaccinations for these things like common flu and respiratory viruses.
Some of these mutations pose other side affects and threats of death.
How would medical researchers get a firm grip on the chemical mixing of people and their bodies, and these ghost-like and black market transfers?
Many of the people are uneducated. They don’t even think to ask others if they are sexually clean, or so. They don’t take precaution. Why would they be trusted and deemed dependable, to consider the cost and make good decisions if it’s legalized.
This seems like a two way street to become more animalistic in mating scenarios and making exceptions for chemical drives in people, but it seems like opening a can of worms to the needing prior and adequate knowledge in the chemical universe.
Is it possible to overcome those issues or at least be better prepared to combat and eliminate? I don't know..
Do we allow people to take on- like others in the animal kingdom- in sexual behavior, or do we take a step to evolve and be civilized.
I don't know if people literally don’t mind dying by sexual death and pleasure, why not? Men have joked about it in butt and pussy eating. But are they serious? Can they even think straight to consider the risk? Do we need sexual encounters to preserve the same bonding of the monkeys who groom each other to show loyalties and alliance?
This is something I wouldn’t vote on. I’ll let the people and government, and men and women carry this, as they think to be right.
It doesn’t really affect me.
0 1 0 1It doesn't really harm anyone, it's just a transaction like any job. Plus, if it's legalised then there'd be more protection for both sex workers and their clients

Legalizing direct prostitution would definitely lower the prices of sex, but not by a huge amount, as women will continue to exploit men's loneliness and overcharge, especially internet sluts.
Internet hoes are no longer criminalized, but they still overcharge.
0 1 0 0I think it should be legal and there should be health standards and eliminate human trafficking

0 0 0 0have you?
No. But I suppose they’re loopholes around it. Doesn’t some girls think if a guy buys her dinner, he’s expecting and wants sex?
Maybe. I'm not sure.
I am not against it being legal, yes prostitution reduce rape rates, it's a common sense,
0 1 0 0Yes. Those who want to do it, do it. Those who don't, don't. I suspect we'd save hugely on law enforcement and court stuff, etc. and other social ills. It happens anyway.
0 1 0 0sure i don’t care. i still wouldn’t be involved with men who have paid for prostitutes regardless so it really doesn’t make a difference to me.
0 0 0 0It's feminist that keep prostitution illegal. Feminist know, deep down, that sex is the only real power women have.
0 1 0 0Prostitutes should be allowed yo make their own choices. Human Traffickers should be prosecuted to the FULL extent of the law. No better than pedophiles!
0 0 0 0It's already legal. Tinder.
0 0 0 0I don’t know if legalizing it really does solve human trafficking because in places where it’s not really a crime there is definitely still this problem.
