  • Women should be allowed to be topless if they want. And in some areas they are! I work in NYC and it's perfectly legal for women to be topless in the street there. As it should be. If guys can do it so can girls

  • I mean most women wouldn't choose to go entirely topless, partly, or sometimes entirely, due to the social stigma (depends on the person). But just bra-less? Sure, who cares?

  • Obviously not. People of any normal society would agree that certain standards should be maintained. The only possible exception I could understand is for beach areas.

    • Men should also not be shirtless in public. Standards of conduct. The same standard by which it is unreasonable for someone to blast music or to yell in public. Same standard used to determine who should make way for whom when crossing paths on a tight path: the elderly person or the young-adult.

    • Because they themselves are unhappy with their body. We have had cases on the beach where couple goes to beach. And right next to them come girl that goes topless and woman gets angry at her because that girl "interferes her husband" While man is like "no, im totally fine :) "
