When I was younger and at risk of getting embarrassing boners in public, I would sometimes need to masturbate before going out just to keep my hormones under control.

Lately, I find that ejaculation drains my energy and would leave me feeling too lethargic on a date. Also, I find even if I shower afterwards, I think that recent sex is detectable in my pheromones - something I can't simply shower-away, and I don't want to go out smelling like a wanker.
