I would say no.


1) If they ever realize you only slept with them because they were suicidal, it might make them feel worse.


2) If word gets out that it works, then you’d better believe creeps are going to start pretending to be suicidal just to get sex.


3) Sex is no casual thing to be given out like that


If you really want to make someone feel better, try just spending time with them and talking to them about what they need to move forward in life. That will do them more good than a quick bang, and if it turns out sex is all they will accept to make them feel better, then that seems highly suspicious to me.
