first of all, i don't condone ANY genital mutilation and i do consider male circumcision genital mutilation IF it is done to a child. as an adult, you do what you want with your body. it's your body and if you're at the age of consent, you do what you think is right with your body. no judgement from my side.

Having said that, cutting off a womans clitoris is like cutting of a mans glans, NOT like cutting of a mans foreskin. the equivalent thing would be removing parts of the minoras. so that's not a fair comparison that you're making.
