Skinny - no extra "meat" on the bones.

Thick - extra "meat" on the bones but not fat

The photos are conveniently a model who went from skinny (left) to curvy/thick (right). I used them rather than two separate people as an easy comparison.

As a general rule, it really depends on the person's build and musculature.
Some skinny girls have cute small butts, but others only end up with sad, droopy pancakes and would be better off doing some squats.

Things such as their shoulder and hip width as well as their height also matter.
You may want to be more bottom heavy if you are shorter or if your shoulders are pretty wide (because inverted triangle doesn't look great), and you may want to stay skinnier if you are really narrow but also tall because fat may just collect around your midsection and not go into any of the right places.

In other words, it varies from person to person, and there is no strict rule such as "more = better".

My preference is meaty, be that a little chubby or muscular. I'm a strong guy, so the idea of tiny, brittle girls is a turn off for me; I like a woman who can take and give some damage in the bedroom 👌👌

Yes it does. Curvy is not exclusive to people who are fat or thick. Just like women who are skinny no not necessarily have small boobs. Curves are just more noticeable when a woman is bigger. It does exist in reality whether you believe it or not.
