Skinny Women Appreciation, and Why Being Healthy Matters

Skinny Women Appreciation Post (Its Not What It Looks Like!!)
Skinny Women Appreciation, and Why Being Healthy Matters

First things, first. I advocate any form of body shaming. Don't take this the wrong way!! Please. I know. Its not what it looks like! I swear! Hear me out.

Being healthy IS all that matters. It would be different if someone was obese or underweight. That does call for use of necessary and constructive criticism. Health is vital. But we must also remember that someone else's healthy is another person's not so healthy. The world isn't full of bland, similar looking people. We are a diverse people. We all come from different lifestyles and nationalities, have different tastes in food, are different colors, and DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES. At the end of the day all that matters is that you are healthy.

This post is to show appreciation to all the skinny women out there. This one is for you!

Curvy was always considered womanly and very beautiful. It just always wasn't," media wise." And now with people like the Kardashians, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, and Beyonce, curvy is currently VERY trendy. And that is OKAY! Curvy is stunning. Anyways, part of the reason it is trendy is because people are realizing skinny isn't a must to be beautiful and there are plenty of very gorgeous woman who are thick and curvy. But the downside to this is that even though curvy is beginning to shine as the true beauty it truly is, skinny women are getting shamed for being skinny.

"Real men love curves. Only dogs go for bones".

Ladies, never speak for all men!! Different men like different things. By the way, you just called one of my grandfathers a dog! Not that you care 😂😂😂 Just... Have respect for the dead. Put some respek on it.

"Women without curves aren't womanly."

If a woman is born with a vagina, she is a woman. Her shape has only a very small amount to do with how womanly she is.

"I may not be a size 2 but at least I don't look like a 12 year old girl."

Everybody is different. You can't say a skinny woman with little or no curves has a 12 year old body because every body is different. There is no right grown up woman's body!! And there is no certain 12 year old body look. A body is a body. There is no wrong or right body because if you are healthy then you are just fine.

Skinny Women Appreciation, and Why Being Healthy Matters

Define sexy? You see, shit like this is bogus. (But I agree Monroe was one of the sexiest women of history.)If you were to ask 1,000 different people, you would get all kinds of different answers. Just because a girl is thin, it doesn't make her any less sexy. It makes her, her--a different kind of sexy, but not any less sexy. Everyone has different preferences so when someone doesn't find you attractive, it doesn't make you unattractive. They just have a different type. Its okay to have a type. But yeah, skinny is beautiful too. Again I am talking about woman who don't diet to be skinny. If that's what you do, then all the more power to you but I am speaking of naturally skinny women who can't help it. You guys are beautiful just the way you are! Don't forget that. And to show you that skinny can be beautiful, I put together an album of multiple photos of skinny woman.

I will be making one for curvy women and then go on to a couple for guys. Maybe make a number 2 for some of them. Just ask and I'll gladly do so. If you have any other recommendation for a mytake, let me know below 👇👇

  • Skinny is the best, and the better something/someone is, the more hate is gonna get, it's called jealousy.

  • yes, I loved this!

    • Thanks 😊

  • Yay, as a natural stick this is much appreciated lol. And I'm glad this is one of those takes that doesn't put down other body types either (last time I saw one of these on here the myTake owner made it clear that she thought skinny was the only beautiful). You can be a little under weight or have a few extra pounds and still be perfectly healthy. Any body shape can be beautiful, great take dude! 😄👐

    • Thank you lots! I am glad you liked it. I just felt like someome had to finally show appreciation for the diverse bodies of people because everyone's healthy is different instead of putting down other body types in defese of theirs, or simply thinking they don't body shame when you can tell they do in their writing. I thought I'd be one of the few on here to show that skinny isn't better than curvy and vice versa. You can be healthy and skinny and healthy and thick. Everyone is different and there is no right or wrong body as long as you are healthy. What is attractive depends on the person because we all have our own preferences.

  • I hope you get arrested for this triggering thought piece.

  • Looked at girls comments and ill say
sooo... when a fat aka curvy girl makes a curvy (when men say this they mean larger butts and boobs, without stomach, but girls think its fat girls) girls are beautiful article its perfect. Lol this is hilarious

  • You advocate body shaming? I agree that being healthy is important. I myself go to the gym at least 4 times a week. But what gives you the right to shame anyone? There is being healthy in body but also in mind. And shaming just creates other problems. Like self esteem, eating disorders. Besides what is it to you if someone is chubby or skinny?

    • I uswr the wrong word... Omg

    • What word is that?

  • No, some of those skinny girls have pretty faces, but far from beautiful bodies. And you can be skinny and still be very unhealthy. As you can be thick and be one of the healthiest women in the world.

I know you don't like it, but most men DO like women who have some meat on their bones. And that isn't going to change, and doesn't have to.

    • It sounds like you didn't actually read everything I said. I know someone's healthy is someone else's not so healthy. I never said being skinny equals being healthy. I actually promote a heavier weight because it is better. But I am talking about women who are naturally healthy at a skinny weight. I am naturally skinny and thats just how I am. I will probably get heavier with age because I am just gonna say the truth, everyone in my family gets wider and bigger with age, pot belly or not, healthy or not. Believe it or not, but I maintain a healthy diet with little junk food and a wholesome dietary plan of 2,100 calories, have a very healthy fat percentage weight which some might consider fat, I have full boobs for someone with a small frame (32 C, not wide but full), a bigger waist than many fashion models, am fit and only getting stronger, am in the middle of my weight zone, and haven't gotten even remotely sick in a long time. And I am only pushing further in strength, health, etc.

    • Yet I actually still get told I am skinny. And its because I have a small frame. I have always had a fleshy bosom. I was a 32 DD at 104 pounds. Now that I am 112 I am a 32 C... Sucks. Its those push ups haha because I went from only being able to do 1 to now being able to do 26 from my pe training at this new school. But my point is everyone's healthy is different. I know a woman that is 200 pounds and is healthy and a cross country runner. Everyone is different. My weight has been staying at 112 and I am fine with that. My body rarely ever gets hungry because of this new dietary plan which I greatly love. Been going over my fat goals almost daily but I ain't worried about heart disease. I am young.

    • Never had a big butt but who gives a shit. Superficial asses is who. Anyone that takes the time out of their day to mention how they don't like how I look is being the horrible one because it doesn't matter. We all have our tastes and thats all there is to it. At least I am healthy and never get sick anymore.

  • Thank you for this, I feel that people think that skinny = healthy when I'd say a lot of the time, it doesn't. Every healthy body should be appreciated. And as far as body shaming, any sort of shaming is bullying which is wrong, but if you encourgage a healthy lifestyle that's fine.

    • Your welcome 😊 And exactly. Healthy is a subjective matter. Anyone who is healthy doesn't deserve to have their bodies shamed because they are different. We all come from different backgrounds and whats healthy to some isn't healthy to others. One shouldn't belittle someone for looking different. There is a difference between fat and curvy and there is a difference between being sickly thin/underwieght and just skinny.

  • Great article.

The fat-acceptance movement is bitchiness (female sexual competition) turned into a political movement. Ignore these losers.

It's sad that just now the new Mayor of London has decided to ban from public transport an advertisement that was deemed to be 'fat-shaming'. In the name of 'gender equality', women are being treated as little more than children! This company, by the way, had a campaign of violence waged against it. Instead of defending the victims of violence, government sides with the victimizers. It's become an all-too-common policy.

  • It's not okay to be anorexic and it isn't okay to be fat.
But if you don't care, why should the World?

    • Yup!

  • THANK YOU!
just a quick correction tho.. skinny mean ''unattractively thing.. '' same reason I don't call myself skinny.. I prefer the word ''slim'' or ''thin''

  • Great photos, perfect bodies and legs, my personal favorites here are Keira Knightley and Megan Fox.

  • I love this.

    • Thank you 😊

    • I will be making one for thick women too

    • Yay!

  • Skinny women are more beautiful. Just my opinion.

    • And everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Bullying or shaming someone for something out of their control or making them feel bad about something when they are completely healthy and normal is not what one's entitled to. Do people still do it? Yes. But it doesn't make body shaming or any sort of bullying not bad. There is a difference between underwieght and simply skinny. There is a difference between fat and curvy. One should keep that in mind before they start belitting someone for simply being different.

    • I agree. I've never made negative comments aboutj someone's body because my mother is overweight and I have some female friends who are bigger. I still have my preferences though and that's ok. I prefer skinny men and women. That doesn't mean bigger people are not attractive.

  • I have a preference of curvy women, but honestly i believe that every one comes in all shapes and sizes... And just because you're skinny doesn't mean that you can't be curvy as well.

    Very good my take

    • And that is your preference. We all have them and thats okay. But one's preference for a different type doesn't make one any less worthy or attractive. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. Not everyone is the same kind of beautiful though and that is true. And no type of body is wrong or right unless you had very sickly and ruining your body with your own life choices (starving yourself, etc.)

    • Thats the point i was trying to make... i seem to have failed. By the way i completely agree that no one should be shamed for their body type... but thats me.

    • Oh no I knew what you were saying. I was just ellaborating on what you were saying.

    • Show All
  • Fit, healthy, beautiful women ftw!!

  • I think you have good taste.

  • But aren't models and eating disorders a perfect example of skinny appreciation?

    • They get discriminated a whole lot though and actually curvy is becoming trendy now and most people are realizing skinny isn't that great and curvy is ideal. I mean the hourglass shape hasn't been considered ideal for no reason. And actually lots of people I go to school with always hate on skinny models so even though they are examples of skinny appreciation, they have been getting a lot of hate. Curvy is trendy and i bet you any guy you talk to would prefer curvy. And thats okay. Everyone has their own preferences and science has backed up exactly why curvy is ideal

    • Oh and eating disorders is not skinny appreciation. Its obsessing with being skinny which is unhealthy. I am simoly making this take for fun but not using unhealthy means.

    • I will next be making one on curvy women and then other body types

    • Show All
  • There are a lot of fat women who call themselves curvy. Of curse being healthy is the most important factor here but as long as you are not obese or anorexic that jeopardizes your heath its no problem. shame on who shames your body.

  • Omg this is stupid! Please dont take my comment the wrong way just hear me out!!! See how dumb you sound?

    • It was just to add a bit of color to the take. Its just for fun. Nothing professional or of a serious nature. Just appreciation posts. I shall be making one next for curvy women and then athletic women

    • How is she dumb? Gtfo you're the dumb one 🙄
